Issue sidebar updates

Update the left sidebar task view to match the visual structure and component layout of the right-side task detail panel.

• put points in a box, next to complexity
• make points font size "size-large"
• add small icon edit button next to the complexity that replaces the previous "Update complexity" button
• change the "mark as complete" and "View on GitHub" and "Remove" buttons to be normal buttons
