Learning to select cuts

We're interested to build a cut selection environment. Help us define what a relevant node selection task might look like.

Here are some questions we wondered with @akazachk when doing preliminary work on the topic.

• Should we select cuts directly or family of cuts?
• Should we do it at the root node, or on every node?
• Should we be able to remove cuts?
• Should cuts be generated one at the time or in bulk?
• Should cuts be added one at the time or in bulk?
