Updating the Hero Plugin

The plugin mentioned is not 100% responsive.

Now we have:

e107_themes --> bootstrap5 --> templates --> hero --> hero_template.php

e107_themes --> bootstrap5 --> css --> hero.css

But I only get results, and I don't know why? With the style.css file.

The style.css file references the contents of the hero.css file.

Where do I put the hero.css file to get results?
