Replace ansi-escapes with sisteransi #206
Description
ansi-escapes is small but 1/3 of it is some iterm logic barely anyone uses.
sisteransi is already well established and what it says on the tin, no extra bloat.
It probably makes sense to move everyone who doesn't need the iterm stuff to use sisteransi. We can also gain from de-dupe then.
Note that there's also a tracking issue upstream for publishing ESM of sisteransi.
