`async_cmd_check` documented but not used

async_cmd_check is listed as a requirement for parallel extension installation while isn't used since easybuilders/easybuild-framework@36febd873, so that part is actually wrong/outdated.

Instead install_extension_async should be documented

It isn't clear if that extra method is actually still required after the above change
