Issues building with latest MinGW-w64 #3
Description
There are a number of issues building with the latest MinGW.
In addition to needing to disable C23 with -std=gnu11 (which requires recent eC compiler fixes to pass that option along), there are issues with the intrinsics in particular.
We likely need to predefine types such as __bfloat16 etc.
