test.mosquitto.org:8886 is down apparently

Not sure if this is the place to report this, but test.mosquitto.org is down for port 8886. Client keeps sending CONNECT.

Validate Certificate is "ON", but there is no certificate installed

Port 1883 works for me too. It's just 8886 that's problematic.

Validate certificate only has any effect if you are using TLS. You have it turned off:

@kimbirkelund It is working, you're trying to connect to a TLS port but without using TLS. See my comment #3395 (comment)

You're right. I've been validating the issue (incorrectly) using the command line tool instead of actually running our integration test. My bad 🤦
