Posted by: Hanksha on 12/21/2023, 10:58:04 AM Hi, The toggle devtools menu item is contributed here so I think if you unregister the menu action (and the command and keybinding if you really want it completely gone) or use a contribution filter, it should work. As for using the application version to decide whether to hide it or not, I’d use the Hope it helps. |

Hi Team,
I have an electron version of my application. There are two version types for the application:
My requirement is to hide the “Toggle Developer Tools” menu item, which is available under help section of the menu bar.
Just for the info, we have different version names in electron app’s package.json. Like if it is the production release, we’ll name it to “XX.XX.XX-Production”, and if it is for the developer, it is named as “XX.XX.XX-Developmental”.
Can we use this info to implement such use case, or is there something else we can do ?
