Unknow publisher

Hi, I set up openvsx on my private k8s cluster, I modified the database to create an user named super_user like https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/blob/master/server/src/dev/resources/db/migration/V1_0_1__Super_user.sql, I was trying to publish an extension to my registry via interface, when i tried to upload 'Shellman' extention, the interface returns error "Unknown publisher: Remisa\nUse the 'create-namespace' command to create a namespace corresponding to your publisher name". Is is necessary to create all the namespaces before I publish extensions? or is there some solutions to solve this issue?

The webui tries to automatically create the namespace when it encounters that error. Were there any exceptions in the server logs?
