Specify sidebar appearance and behaviour

Please specify is the sidebar is expected to be visible in every page of the frontend e.g. in the Dashboard, Settings, Pool or if it restricted to certain "pages" (AKA routes).
Please also specify if it should be collapsible in each of these instances or the behaviour may differ.

From my point of view the sidebar should be visible in every page and always collapsible.

When the left sidebar is collapsed, how should the "opening" button be displayed?
As for the design, when the sidebar is open, the button should be hanging between the sidebar and the main content, but the design for the "collapsed" counterpart is not specified. @riccardoaran could you provide a graphic requirement for this?
