Cat Facts API is no longer accesible

The cat facts API accessed using .cats has been deprecated as it relies on the same support that the .py command did. Because of this .cats will always error.

We could use https://catfact.ninja/ as a replacement API.
I am not the best with Python and using API's but im sure someone else could.
