Feature request — support for Amazon Q resources

Hello ekristen/aws-nuke maintainers,

We are currently using AWS Nuke v2.25.0 (from the original rebuy-de repo) as part of our cloud cleanup automation. During reviews, we discovered that Amazon Q resources are not supported — they do not appear in resource-types, and there’s no documentation or mention of them in the release notes.

Since the original repo (rebuy-de/aws-nuke) is now archived and read-only, we would like to file this feature request in your actively maintained fork.

What we observed:

• The resource-types list from v2.25.0 lacks any Amazon Q related entries.
• No explicit mention of Amazon Q in the v2.25.0 release notes.

Use case:

We need to reliably clean up Amazon Q resources (in test/lab accounts) as part of environment teardown to prevent resource leakage.

Request:

Please add support for Amazon Q resource types in future versions.
