[Internal]: Expansion of prebuilt role docs

Related to:

Users would like to be able to view the specific indices and details of the prebuilt roles. We currently give an overview of what the user would have access to, but users would like more information.

We could consider linking to the config file? We would need to maintain awareness of these docs to ensure they're kept up to date.
