Covers title bar on GNOME desktop #914

Description

What Happened?

This is a very low priority issue but I use Terminal and a few other elementary apps with the GNOME shell and I've noticed that there seems to be resizing issues with Terminal. It also covers the title bar of GNOME shell.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open io.elementary.terminal app in a GNOME shell session.
  2. See how the full screen app takes up the entirety of the desktop window.

Expected Behavior

Should not cover a title bar similar to how it works in elementary and how GNOME terminal application works.
