+A user must verify their email address when signing up for elmah.io. If the user joins through an invite, the email address will be automatically verified. Email verification hasn't always been required on elmah.io, which means you may have users in your organization who haven't verified their email yet. Unverified emails are marked in the *Users* list, where you can click *Resend verification email* to send a new verification email to the user's registered address.
