Embark theme for Micro editor

Hello, I am not sure how else to contribute this, but here is an Embark theme file for the Micro editor.

Installation instructions, copy embark-tc.micro to ~/.config/micro/colorschemes

I went ahead and created a repo for this here. Can you do a PR there to add this?
