obspy read mseed file fails with sqlalchemy < 2 required

Currently, when uploading this file manually to a jupyterlite deployment with obspy https://github.com/obspy/examples/blob/master/000000000_0036EE80.mseed

and then doing

```python
from obspy import read
tr = read("000000000_0036EE80.mseed")
```

it fails with
