Software permissions and regulations vignette

This issue is to ask if {finalsize} needs a software permisisons vignette similar to {cfr} to meet DPG Registry requirements; see PR https://github.com/epiverse-trace/cfr/pull/125 for more. @Bisaloo could you share the current version of the document used for {cfr}, or can the same document be copied over? If it's more convenient to directly fix this issue with a PR, please go ahead.
