Supervisor and ESPHome Dashboard Crashing when using multiple tabs

What happened?

Hi, hope this is the right place to put this issue, it's a real strange one!

Earlier today on v2025.8.1 I noticed that when I was setting up a yaml for my device, (I was copying from one esphome config to another) the whole supervisor crashed. After updating to 8.2 it's still crashing the supervisor but only very briefly and it's reloading without issue without needing a reboot.

Michael (piez0r) in HA discord was gracious enough to help me diagnose a whole bunch of things, including running a repair supervisor as well as booting in safe mode and none of those seemed to help.

How to reproduce

In tab 1 I open esphome builder and edit a file, and click save then open tab 2 and do the same thing. Then in tab 1 hit the close (X) button and try opening any file again it will load a blank field and supervisor glitches. Sometimes it only happens after going back and forth for a bit, it's hard to know for sure.

How the yaml looks without any code

When closing out all devices will diapear until I refresh the page (in v8.1 it required a restart)

It stays that way until I refresh the esphome builder page (might only after closing the tab) then it comes back

It's barely getting used that would be strange.

Some people run on old raspberry pis with only 4 gigs of memory so have to ask.

This is running on an old Thinkpad laptop, it used to be running windows using a VM, I changed to running haos directly and that's when I noticed this issue.
