Our current OCPP Config UI setup flow is suboptimal since it requires the wallbox to be preconfigured (evcc ocpp url configured) and only starts our OCPP server during charger test phase or after charger creation.

What we want to change:

• always start ocpp server
• remember unmatched ocpp client connection attempts
• suggest station id(s) in config ui
• better explain how the configuration process works (server model)
