Bug reporter, mask private data

In the UIs bug reporter,
Please add a function / switch to mask private data, such as:

• IP addresses
• Latitude and Longitude of the house
• login names, such as for accessing car api’s
• The cars VIN
• ZIP or postal numbers
• Certificates, such as for EEBus
• SKI

Just copies the created logs to the new issue #24752 and had to mask these myself.

I especially mean the configuration part that is preformatted to copy/paste to the GitHub issue.

Yes, we need a distinction between mask (security sensitive, passwords, keys, not to pass back in clear text) and private data fields (should be shown in UI, but not ok to post publicly in logs or issues).

Locations, usernames, (mail-)addresses, ... should be marked as private.

Had a similar discussion with @TobiasHuber1980 a couple of days ago.

We already have redaction logic. Why not use that? If that's not sufficient we'd need another param property (private) that doesn't mask but adds UI-based redaction.
