Semp devices Id mixed up due device deletion and addition of new

Describe the bug

I had 4 devices: one wallbox, one shelly as a type 1 wallbox control, one esp heatpump, one home assistant switch as boiler control.

I wanted to exchange the shelly by using home assistant switch, so I deleted the shelly, added everything for homeassistant for the shelly and restarted.

Now my semp ids are mixed up, the boiler has now the ID of the heatpump etc...

And the wrong power is now transfered to the wrong device in sma

Device IDs depend on loadpoint id, depends on loadpoint order. If a loadpoint gets deleted, all remaining loadpoints change order. It seems that device id should rather depend on the actual physical device instead of the loadpoint it is attached to. Unfortunately, it is not clear, how to establish stable sorting of devices (or loadpoints).

Can't we use the loadpointId as the deviceId for the semp device, so if I have loadpointId 2, I will have xxxxxxxx-2 as semp device Id, if it gets deleted I will never have xxxxx-2 again, as it is a unique id, I would end up with xxxxxx-4 for the new one?

This would not be backwards compatible though.

Another idea would be, that the semp ids could be remapped?

Ein möglicher Lösungsansatz wäre, die ChargerRef des Loadpoints zu benutzen. Die ist entweder der name aus evcc.yaml oder die db id. Beides jeweils unique und stable. Allerdings sehe ich keine Chance, das ohne BC einzuführen:

• das neue Verhalten macht nur Sinn wenn es Standard wird (...denn sonst ist es zu spät)
• und wenn es Standard wird ist das ein breaking change für alle vorhandenen Konfigurationen

Der BC könnte durch eine Configoption adressiert werden. Zumindest beim ersten Start entstehen aber Zombiegeräte...

But what would be the best way for me to fix the order? only the first device remains correct now, which was my wallbox.. (-0)My 2nd device was the shelly'(was -1,is -3) then the heatpump was -2,is -1 now, and the boiler was -3, is -2...

Soll ich alle mit falschen ids löschen und neu bauen, bis die Reihenfolge wieder stimmt?

@naltatis or could we somehow re-use the UI order? Seems wrong though since this is really not about "order" but about uniqueness.
