Remove config files that are not relevant anymore

Steps to reproduce:
Lets say, we initially scaffolded a block_content with few fields, eg. https://github.com/factorial-io/phab-entity-scaffolder/blob/master/demo/block_content/card.yml

After that if we remove fields and scaffold again, the old field configuration files doesn't get removed.

Expected output:
The irrelevant field definitions should be removed from config

Hi @d34dman

we should change the scaffolder to use a unique identifier prefix for fields, entity-types and other parts. then we can remove existing configuration before scaffolding new one by deleting files via a gwildcard.#

instead of field_hero_title -> field_es_hero_title
