Add Debian Trixie/13 support to feelpp-env workflow

We should update the feelpp-env GitHub Actions workflow to include Debian Trixie as a target platform.
This will ensure compatibility with the latest Debian release and allow testing of the environment setup on Trixie alongside existing supported distributions.
