Swiper bug beneath expanded WMS legends #460
Description
When expanding the legend of WMS services and briging the swiper beneath the layer panel (open or close) it freezes the swiper. It will not work anymore. Unless you hide back the legend.
Hiding the legend brings the swiper back to life:
The issue was first raised with in a config using a structured legend type with an expanded legend by default (see attached).
