Missing last_connected column in wifi_networks

💥  Actual behavior

When querying the wifi_networks table, the last_connected column returns no data.

• @noahtalerman: Fix the last_connected column.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Query a host with SELECT network_name,last_connected FROM wifi_networks;
2. Observe the last_connected column is blank.

This has been reproduced in Dogfood and by a customer.

I am not sure this is a bug as much as an osquery table lifecycle thing. Apple has changed the way network names report & they are probably being redacted (for "security") so they may no longer work the way this table was originally designed @mason-buettner @jacobshandling Could be wrong...
