[Feature request] ExtendedImageEditor Free scaling and secondary editing

### Description

ExtendedImageEditor needs to increase the free scale, and the ability to make secondary edits based on the rect edited last time, and actively set the crop rect.

### Why

1, need free proportion for cutting.
2, the second edit need to locate the last position.
