Discussion:
The ‘My Jobs’ screen is meant to show jobs which you can action – that should be your focus. Jobs, such as those 'Awaiting Repair', which cannot be actioned by the user are put into the background.
In some sites, an external vendor's technician have access to Disco ICT and update their job when they come onsite. They would mark the job as ‘Repairs Complete’ at which point it’ll return to ‘Open’ and appear on your ‘My Jobs’ list.
All jobs which haven’t been touched in some time appear in the ‘Stale Jobs’ (underneath ‘My Jobs’) this is to prevent any job from being forgotten (including repair jobs). You can adjust the stale threshold in Configuration > Jobs: General Preferences.
It has been requested that the home screen should be able to display 'All Open Jobs' rather than 'My Jobs'. If implemented, this would be a configurable change and not the default.
