Auto Scroll [ a little bit ] bug on React 18.0.0

After updating my React to the latest version < Link >tag auto scrolls a little bit when navigating on every page using the navbar on my page [ I attached a video ] I tried the legendary < a > < /a > tag it works perfectly but that < Link > tag from gatsby have an auto scroll problem

can anyone suggest a different approach or know how to fix this?
