Does not work if blog content contains `---`

Thank you for creating this library.

I noticed that this does not parse files correctly, when the body of the blog post contains --- as well.

For instance, if content contains:

| Name | Mesir Wot (Red Lentils Stew) |
| --- | --- |
| [Serves](http://shalveena.com/serving-sizes/) | 4 (but it can serve many more people if it is used as only one dish out of many) |

The remainder of the body after --- will be omitted.
