Error in workflow to publish site to GH Pages

Issue seems to be due to it a deprecated version of actions/upload-artifact: v3. Adding screenshot for context. This is my first issue submit so apologies if I'm missing anything.

I tested this in the following enviorment and got the same results.

• Visual Studio Code(latest)
• Visual Studio Community(latest)
• Using GitHub Codespaces

This is also my first time to post an answer to a GitHub issue.😄

I could reproduce the same error with the built-in YAML workflow definition (/.github/workflows/publish-gh-pages.yml) in this template. According to the update in upload-pages-artifact, we can fix the issue by modifying that definition in our repo with the latest versions of actions/upload-pages-artifact@v3 and actions/deploy-pages@v4.

Here is the YAML snippet that works for me to publish my page.

    steps:

    - name: Upload artifact for web
      uses: actions/upload-pages-artifact@v3 # Use v3 instead of v1
      with:
