In an application with multiple /specify (feature) runs, what is the glue that binds each feature together

Given that specify operates from the standpoint of application features, what acts as the glue between those features that will bind them all into a comprehensive application?

It seems that, for now, it’s the user’s responsibility to figure out how to integrate all the features either by explaining it to the AI or doing it manually.

In my opinion, it’s highly worthwhile to define for the AI the structure of the input and output of the features, that might make integration easier.
