I like the premise of the tool but I feel most videos created focus on the simple podcast/static website and only cover a single feature.
They are great for grasping the concepts but fail short of showcasing the potential of the tool or even practical limitations, which may hinder adoption by those who do not believe it can be used for serious projects.
A way to help would be to come with a non-trivial example, maybe involving persistence and showcase doing some 2-3 feature interaction cycles. It will definitely help to provide even some guidelines on how to use it or future enhancements.
For example, shouldn't we have a main spec file that just keeps getting updated after a feature cycle has closed? This way new features can be aware of the past and focus on the changes.
