Two Documentation Sites?

Hey there 👋

I would like to contribute to SpecKit by improving the documentation with an updated quick start guide and some examples, but I've found there are two separate documentation sites:

1. https://github.github.com/spec-kit/, which I initially thought was the official docs site, built from the files in the docs folder, and
2. https://speckit.org/, which is the number 2 result in Google for "speckit"

Is that second docs site official? If so, is the plan to maintain both of them?
