Bug description

The date in the custom field decreases each time an asset is recorded (or each time an object is modified without necessarily changing the date).

Steps To reproduce

1. Create a custom asset
2. Add a custom date field
3. Create an object in this asset and put a date
4. Save and look at the date decrementing (save multiple time and see the date decrementing multiple time)

I do not reproduce on current 11.0/bugfixes. Try without plugins, and clear your cache.

I tried to disable all the plugins and clear the cache under _cache/ but the problem still occurs.
I also tried with Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

I guess there could be something odd with the date conversion being done but it escapes me at the moment. Since the custom fields are all stored in a JSON column, we cannot use the automatic timezone conversions of TIMESTAMP columns so we convert values to UTC to store them and then convert them to the user's timezone when loading them from the database. A difference could be the cause of the value decreasing by a single day each time.
