Bug description

Since updating to glpi11 the connection to my mail server doenst work anymore. It keeps returning with an error saying my email and password combination is incorrect when i try to send a test email to the administrator. I am very sure that I have not misconfigured the smtp settings. They used to work before the migration, I have already tried all combinations of settings with the password, TLS enabled/disabled, port 465 and 587 and nothings seems to work

After doing some testing it seems to be the case that if spaces are part of the password this bugs it out. Changing the password of my mail account has solved the issue

#21764 fixes the encoding of passwords to correctly support passwords with special chars.
