Windows VisPy + Jupyter CI is broken #49
Description
Something about the test setup was causing an access violation on Windows during the CI runs (see #48). I (somewhat clunkily) skipped that test for now, as I want to keep moving on supporting ipyvolume export. This is just a note to myself to figure out the issue here and clean up that part of the test suite.
