Issue description

Steam stops tracking Godot as running after run a project affects ability to stop godot, time tracking and other steam features. I think this was fixed for windows in 4.4 at least I didn't have this issue on windows after 4.4

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Godot on steam
  2. Run a project
  3. Steam stops tracking the game as running
  4. Need to launch again to recognize its running
