CLI is in an inconsistent state - "user cancelled the request" and multiple responses without input #12176
Description
What happened?
It responded with "!User cancelled the request," so I asked again. This happened a couple times. Then it gave me just the last half of a response, so I asked the question again, and it responded multiple times in a row

It takes turns correctly.
