Can we consider adding an option to the hill-climbing optimiser to mask/skip candidate spend levels for any channel where the marginal ROI (mROI) < 1, i.e., where marginal CAC > revenue_per_conversion. This guardrail prevents over-spend in the negative-return region and makes the budget recommendation safer by construction.
