Questions about the HIV database

Hello! My name is Andrea, and I am a bioinformatician from Spain. I am highly interested in using your tool and had a few questions before proceeding with the installation.

Firstly, could you please let me know which database is used for the subtyping process from the input data? Additionally, how often is this database updated?

I am afraid the question was meant for some other project. The Snappy project is about data compression, and does not have anything like a HIV database.
