It's currently quite difficult for users to find see or find the default Grafana version and image that he Operator uses.
Describe the solution you'd like
A way to search up the current version of Grafana being deployed by default when unspecified.
Without having to look at the source code.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Show it on the release notes
Query-able via kubectl explain grafanas.spec.version
Existing solutions
Look through the source code or Create a Grafana CR with an unset .spec.version
