Few suggestion on CLI

1. Recommend merge installed-sdks installed-info local for similarity and show whole infos by list, user can restrict display by flags.

2. Recommend unify set-* toggle-* is-* nested-sessions command to config and show info in config command, and provide subcommand for edit in config, for example: config edit.

3. Reduce add-completions to completion.

4. Provide native cli mode for automation especially when user type vmr to seek help but result TUI, and move the tui mode to config.

Hope this will improve user experience!
