Add "Help Wanted" section #31
Description
It would be nice to have a single place where all "help wanted" issues across all repos could be browsed in one place. A second section down below with a simple table listing the the repo and the issue. We may want to add more labels to the issues in the individual repos to be able to target specific skills.
