Leox ONT and new vendor / ONT contribution

I'd to contribute a few details and according to the contributing guidelines am opening a new issue.

I found that the Leox ONT firmware data is outdated and created a couple of pull requests to update it.

I'd also like to add details on Icotera i5208-20 where I recently managed to flash another serial number to.
