Background

After MN will support HIP-1215 we should cover it with some tests.
Current tests proposition:

1. Switch gasLimit for HIP-1215 to estimateGas from MN
2. Investigate a possibility to add hasScheduleCapacity as a view function test or add a comment to HIP-1215 page, that it is not possible due to MN limitations.

Acceptance Criteria

1. New hardhat tests added
2. HIP-1215 doc is updated if needed

Definition of Ready (DoR) Checklist
