Background

For HIP-1249 we need a way for testing that it is working after deployment (on previewnet, testnet, mainnet).

Acceptance Criteria

1. Test approach is proposed and confirmed with a team
2. Tests are prepared
3. Tests are executed on previewnet
4. Tests are executed on testnet
5. Tests are executed on mainnet
