[Feature Request] Support for GitHub Actions #459

Description
I'd like to deploy using levant from GitHub Actions. The main use case is use a gitops flow and keep nomad jobs in a separate repo and deploy from that repo.
I can probably create a manual workflow for now, but it would be nice to have something cleaner and more streamlined to use like an official GitHub action.
