🌟 What is the purpose of this PR?

This PR adds SSA (Static Single Assignment) repair functionality to the MIR (Mid-level Intermediate Representation) pass system. The implementation ensures that variables are only assigned once, improving the compiler's ability to analyze and optimize code.

This stage is critical in steps that may violate SSA, such as inlining or control flow changes (cfg simplification).

🔍 What does this change?

  • Adds a new SsaRepairPass that transforms MIR to ensure SSA form
  • Implements helper methods for IdSlice<I, Option<T>> including remove, contains, lookup, and lookup_mut
  • Adds InlineVec<T, N> type alias for small vector optimization
  • Adds contains method to IteratedDominanceFrontier
  • Implements From trait for Place and Constant to Operand
  • Adds comprehensive test suite with snapshots for various SSA repair scenarios
