How about include "specific disasters" as an option of the menu? #32

I try to explain myself. I have participated in last BCN Meeting about HOT Equador. While listen the explanations, and the hangout I viewed some specific tags I have never read about it as source:damage:imagery ; damage:evaluation_date; damage:evaluation_step:imagery. When I read this page (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/ES:WikiProject_Ecuador/2016_Earthquake_Tags) I have understood the tags and their use. Then I have tried to download a preset to make this work concrete and easy , and I had seen HOT preset and style...and see last change is about 8 months...and there's nothing about these tags, so...could be possible to add an option in the preset like "Equador" with all these tags? I can try to help making it if is necessary. What do you think about it?
